The main chakras of the body are seven energy centers believed to affect your physical and mental well-being from the tip of the tailbone to the crown of the head. 

The chakras refer to spinning wheels of energy that run along the spine, and each chakra is associated with specific organs and nerve bundles.

When chakras are balanced, energy can move through them and connect you to the world around you. If a chakra becomes blocked or unbalanced, you may experience physical, mental and emotional symptoms. 

Mindful eating, practicing yoga, meditating and so much more, may help relax the nervous system. A positive attitude is also believed to reinforce and balance these "wheels" of energy.



Ingredients: saponified oils of olive oil, coconut oil, kokum butter, sunflower oil and castor oil; made with distilled water, sodium hydroxide, an essential oil blend of sage, tea tree and rosemary; colored with indigo powder; and topped with a blue calcite stone. Handmade with the intention of balancing the throat chakra.
