WHOLESALE PRICING

Prices are listed in US dollars per bar and are subject to change without notice. Because we are constantly adding to and improving our products, we're happy to field inquiries regarding products appearing in our online store but not the line sheet, however not all retail products are available at wholesale pricing.

ORDERS

A minimum order of $150 is required on orders. orders must include a copy of your. Shipping will also be calculated at time of order and added to the invoice at checkout.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Venmo along with check or cash are all acceptable forms of payment. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for your wholesale order to ship. Due to the nature of our soaps, and depending on the season, we may need the time for your order to cure before shipment/delivery. This is a case by case basis, so please ask before ordering.

NATURE OF HANDMADE GOODS

All of our soaps are handmade, therefore each individual item may differ slightly in appearance, which lends to and enhances the character of our soaps.

DAMAGE & RETURNS

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at heidi@naturesembrace-soapcompany.com within 3 business days of receipt to discuss any goods damaged in shipment. At this time damaged goods are handled on a case by case basis, however damaged bars must be identified and documented with supplied photography for our records. Damaged bars that meet the aforementioned qualifications may be returned and will be replaced with new bars at no additional cost. Damaged bar soaps will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 business days after receipt. Barring damage in transit, all wholesale merchandise sales are final.
