Fell short of my hopes

Was looking for a natural and effective salve to soothe chapped hands (lots of handwashing and sanitizer daily). Lotions just weren't helping. This salve coated well but just seemed to sit on my skin and not absorb. Tried multiple times a day for 3 days without noted improvements.
